Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hollywood Technologies ("HollywoodOS," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the website at hollywoodos.org (the "Site"). It applies to this Site only.

The short version: this is an informational website. We don't use cookies, we don't run analytics, and we don't track you across the web. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — for example, when you email us. The rest of this policy explains the details.

1. Information you send us

If you contact us — for example, by emailing info@hollywoodos.org or consult@hollywoodos.org — we receive whatever information you include, such as your name, your email address, and the contents of your message. We use that information to read and respond to you.

2. Technical information our hosting provider processes

Like virtually all websites, the Site is delivered through a cloud hosting and content-delivery provider (Amazon Web Services). To serve and protect the Site, that provider may automatically process standard technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request. This is used to deliver the Site reliably and securely. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not combine it with other data to build a profile of you.

3. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics

The Site does not use cookies, web beacons, advertising trackers, or analytics tools. We do not track your activity across other websites, and we do not sell or share information with advertisers. The fonts used on the Site are served from our own servers, so simply viewing the Site does not send requests to any third-party font service.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above only to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you; to operate, maintain, and secure the Site; and to comply with our legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only in these limited situations: with service providers that help us operate the Site (such as our hosting and email providers), and only as needed for them to provide their services; when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

6. Data retention

We keep the messages you send us for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, and then delete or archive them in the ordinary course. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

7. Your choices and rights

You can contact us at info@hollywoodos.org to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete it. Because the Site collects so little, in most cases this is simply the email correspondence you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor applicable rights, and you can exercise them by contacting us.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, and the Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy or your information can be sent to info@hollywoodos.org. You can also reach us through our contact page.
